How long will it take to process my order?

What material are your case inserts made of?

Our inserts are made of a 100% recyclable, 100% waterproof, FDA food safe paper. We use premium paper so that your case insert is well protected from rain, spills, food, sweat and the wear and tear of daily use.

Can I use markers on the case inserts?

We do not recommend using classic ink markers on our products, as the ink will run if it gets wet. We don’t want you to ruin your beautiful creation! Permanent markers, colored pencils and crayons work the best. Crayons tend to hold up better against liquids or moisture.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on all products if they are in their original condition. Buyer must pay return shipping. If you receive your product and it is defective, we will fix the mistake and cover shipping costs. We’re happy to answer any questions you have and want to help you with any issues you experience. While we work hard to push orders out as quickly as possible, we have “hard dates” we must receive orders by in order to get your product to you.
